AI Solution Architect (Full-time / Hybrid)

What this role actually is

This is not a traditional architect role.

You won’t be writing long specs or waiting for engineering cycles.
You will be identifying opportunities, building solutions, shipping them, and iterating fast.

• Turning a messy manual workflow into a fully automated AI system in days
• Spinning up internal tools that save teams hours immediately
• Prototyping, validating, and launching AI-driven products at speed

What you’ll do

• Rapidly design and deploy AI-powered solutions across product, marketing, operations, and finance
• Build end-to-end systems using LLMs, agents, APIs, and automation tools
• Prototype fast, test in real environments, and ship continuously
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and execute without waiting for perfect clarity
• Turn ideas into working products in days, not months
• Continuously experiment with new models, tools, and techniques — and apply them immediately
• Own outcomes, not just ideas
