Client Partner (Maternity Leave Replacement – 6 Months, Hybrid)

Narrative Group, a leading influencer marketing agency in the United States, is looking for a Client Partner to join our team as a 6-month maternity leave replacement, starting May 2026. This role includes the option to extend and transition into a full-time, in-house position, should it be a strong fit for both sides.

We are looking for a Client Partner who is an excellent multi-tasker, highly proactive, tech-savvy, fluent in English, and passionate about digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Lead and nurture full-cycle relationships with global clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and ensuring long-term retention.

• Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with both clients and creators to develop high-impact campaign concepts and creative briefs that align with brand goals and social media trends.
  
• End-to-End Influencer Operations: Oversee the research, identification, and negotiation of content creators, ensuring seamless execution from first touch to final deliverable.
  
• On-Site Production & Travel: Participate in international campaigns and attend high-profile shoots (including travel to the US and other global locations) to ensure brand alignment and creative excellence.
  
• Strategic Planning & Reporting: Build and present comprehensive strategy decks, campaign wrap-ups, and long-term roadmaps for key stakeholders.
  
• Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion, driving growth within existing client partnerships.
  
• Operational Excellence: Maintain precise campaign grids and company databases (Airtable, Asana) to track negotiations, deliverables, and payments accurately.
  
• Cross-Departmental Leadership: Lead complex, cross-functional projects and initiate new internal workflows to stay ahead of the digital media curve.
